Parker really helped me find what I needed today, And was very helpful
Just average, not really good... I needed a few things for a road trip North. The items were not in stock in Red Deer Alberta, so I asked if they could check the Grand Prairie store which was on my route. It showed plenty of stock on all of the items that I needed. When I arrived in Grand Prairie 7 hours later I could not find any of the items I needed so I went to customer service with the item numbers to check on them. You guys never restock the bolts and nuts hardware, every time I come in needing just a few of a certain size I always leave empty handed.
Less than impressed. The store is in shambles with the new layout and the way it is set up by a design team must have been done in a shake can. Was shopping today and a kid dropped a pallet in the aisle I had to get another cart to put my stuff in and leave the old cart there was blocked in at both ends. As in another review on here the price on the tags and what rings up are alot of times more expensive at the till, that is if there is a tag at the display.
