I drove down to Princess Auto today from Orillia in need of repairs for my generator in a desperate time of need. The customer service I received today from Chris and Emma was 12/10. They went above and beyond for me. I was in a pinch and they took the time to help beyond measures and the service provide was exceptional, more than I anticipated. I left a happy customer and was thankful to have had their help today. Thank you Chris and Emma for all your hard work.
Very organized. A bit disappointed that they have sold out of Jet Blue salt and weren’t ordering any more until the fall.
Went in for a sump pump. The item i needed was not stocked up so they offered discount on another item with better quality. Very, very friendly staff
