They are amazing!!! They treat your fur babies like family.
I have taken both of my dogs there for several years. I am a no-nonsense person and I appreciate how quick and easy dealing with this office is. They have gotten both dogs through illnesses including demodex mange and bladder stones WITHOUT surgery and also without breaking the bank! This is a clinic! Walk in and walk out. I can not express my appreciation for them enough!!
Stainless steel sutures ripped through my dogs skin from when she had been spayed 9 days prior. They were completely insensitive and rude. St. Francis was able to get her in within 1.5 hours and she was taken care of thoroughly and with compassion. Never again! They are the cheapest for a reason. If you love your pet spend the extra money and go elsewhere because this place a chop shop.
We brought in one of our rescue dogs who suffers from Lyme disease and is heartworm positive. I've called several other vets, but would not get a call back. Finally, I heard about this hospital, and I'm so thankful for it. I will definitely bring my other dogs when they'll need care. The staff and vets really care about the animals, and they offer very affordable services so that pets can be taken care of. Everybody is very nice and warm. I highly recommend Princess Anne Animal Hospital!
I am not a new client.Went in at 3:40 as told they would be in at 4. 1 dog there. The Blond secretary said she couldn't find my name. We're taking no new patients.Explained I wasn't. My pup's leg might be broke. Was told,"Well you need to call someone." My dog was in pain. This was a heartless act. I was turned away.. I went to White Oak haven't been there for yrs due to using Princess Anne Clinic.They were busy BUT they seen my dog was suffering and took him in. really liked the vet, but I cannot tolerate the rudeness of the two women who work the front desk -- will not go back -- why subject myself to their attitudes?
I have been taking my pups to see the Dr's Gibbons for 27 years. I love them both. They ate good, honest, professional people that never price gouge. Hope they stay in business forever
