The "woman in charge", was really nice, and her associate working was nice as well. They worked us in to a busy schedule. However....after a fun time in the salon, we left....and later that afternoon, my 10 year old granddaughter noticed all her acrylic glitter nails had fallen off. She was heart broken! My younger Granddaughter felt so bad for her....that she proceeded to peel all of her nails off. Needless to say.....the cost of $147.00 was a total waste of money. A little royal treatment went a long way here. 👑 Our daughter absolutely loved her spa day at Princess & Diva Spa. The whole setup is bright, colorful, and clearly designed to make kids feel special from the moment they walk in. Between the oversized pink throne chairs, fun spa stations, dress-up items, and photo-friendly backdrops, there is plenty here to make the experience memorable. First off, my daughters had a wonderful time! They truly enjoyed the experience and the pampering they received. There were just things me and my husband witnessed that we didn’t love. Firstly, the environment needs a major facelift. Chairs and benches were scratched and worn, bathrobes for the kids were old looking and stained. The area my girls created their lipgloss was just a back room with plastic folding tables with a cover on one side. It was an okay experience for my daughter and I. The hairstylist who pampered my child didn't seem like she wanted to be there or do her job... I think the pricing is a little outrageous for what they do. I spent 84 dollars just for them to put 4 clip in hair extensions, a dollar tree facemask, eyeshadow w/gems, and nails w/dip.
Such a FUN experience for my granddaughter!! Friendly staff, they made sure she had a wonderful time!!
