I have been coming here for over 10 years and the ones that do my hair are all good never been dissatisfied with anyone but I love my girl Mimi
I've been going here for Mee Mee for about 2 years now. And she always come through when I need her. She has the best customer service and is very friendly. Out of all of the workers she's the best :)
this place is some trash certain people does good hair. all her employees doesn't do a great job hidey and tanea and GG are great the rest of them some trash. they will over price you on their styles then talk about you in their language. I hate this place and im never going back. they talk to damn much and take a lot of breaks.
The did a good job braiding my hair but they take too many breaks & too much talking first time but don't think I will come again she took a break for 10-15 minutes to eat with out saying anything
Great Hair place to go! I have been going to Princess for 7 years now and honestly, I love this shop. The braiders are all friendly and professional. Felicity is great and very patient. I have never been disappointed on any of their work. I leave in Gaithersburg but drive all the way to this place because it is worth it. Last time I tried another place in my area because of lack of time, I was very disappointed. That hair lasted 3 weeks whereas I usually keep Princess' hair due for 5 to 6 weeks. Felicity delivered excellent customer service and Hono braids exceptionally fast! For a brief moment I had two gals in my head, but Hono was able to get me out by my 6pm deadline. I am def a satisfied customer and will share with others about this place! Def worth the price for my senagalese twists as my hair is already fairly long. Be sure to check the website for any coupons! Very friendly all around. Thank you!!
They are so professional here and they are not pricy at all you get a discount on styles $100 & up!
