I went to this shop for the first time today, base on the outstanding reviews I saw. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Not sure who did my hair since she never introduce herself, though I gather from her phone conversation she was not Mary that everyone is talking about. When I call to inquire about service, I was told I need to come in so she can see what I need. I showed up, spoke to the only person there, she quoted me a price and I agree and she got to work. Went to get my hair braided and Ify suggested "individual" braids. I never had individual braids but I took her suggestion. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I love them! She was professional, courteous and kind. She braided my hair quickly and efficiently! Mary (the owner) is always kind and polite. Needless to say, I will be going there for my braids from now on!!!!
Great place to get braids done. Mary does a wonderful job and she is fast. She is always accommodating.

I love this shop. She does great hair take her time and does it right. I live in the city and I travel all the way to her to get my hair done. I have been coming to this shop for a year now, and have no problems. The shop is always clean and the owner is great. I have left my things in there and nothing ever came up missing.
princess African Braids are the best, I did my individual braids there, they did it neat and their prices are decent.... I got a lot of compliment from friends and family...
Had horrible experience there!I went there to get my hair braided and they did a nice job so I sent my mother back when she got there they asked if she wanted to put jacket up in back so they took her jacket she had $200 dollars in her pocket when it was time to pay they brung her the jacket and it was $200 dollars missing out out her pocket so I had to drive and bring her $200 more dollars to finish paying for her hair!That was so wrong so watch out if you go there because they are thieves!
Best hair braiding salon in town, my hair was well professionally done with alots of conpliment from friends and family.
