This clinic used to be great always came, but my recent visit was disappointing. I took my dog in for liver and kidney checks with a blood test, and instead of explaining the results and clear advice, they just pushed for antibiotics and pushed for and further X-ray. The staff couldn’t clearly explain the bloodwork, and it felt more like an upsell to hit targets than genuine care for my dog. It seems like these days we can just work it out ourselves …
I have been using this vet for nearly four years. It was a very good one, but the recent price increase has been very disappointing. The microchip + vaccination bundle was always around $120 in the past but was $190 this time. My friend did the same thing on the same day with Kogarah Vet Hospital was only charged $96.5. I don't think that I will go back there, unfortunately.
