Great place to live and very affordable. Very clean and management was great anytime I needed anything. I would definitely recommend Prince’s apartments!
I first moved into Prince's Apartments in 2010. I've lived at both the Edgemont and Pembrook locations and have loved every minute of it. First Bob, and now Lynn and Steve have been kind, responsive, and always available. They've always been on top of repairs, inspections, and updates. I couldn't have asked for better landlords and wished they owned properties in my new city
Highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in Lansing. Clean, safe, affordable, and good location. Owners are great people and a pleasure to rent from, very easy and convenient living.
