Mr. Massagee has been my attorney for the past almost four years. I find his office to be very efficient. There have been an occasional miscommunication as happens in any office. Horrible! Paid for consultation. No advice was given. Just a couple of options. I called back to work out one of these options. The paralegal said she would let him know and he would call me back. HE NEVER DID because she forgot to tell him! I called to check on the situation and she admitted to the mistake. So I then asked if I could talk to Massagee and she said I would have to pay for another consultation! What? So I then questioned her on whether he even cared about my situation. Beginning in and at least 2006, Mr. Massagee has represented both my husband and myself and acted as our family attorney. He is now representing my husband in a domestic action against me. Mr. Massagee's representation of my husband, given the history as our family attorney, I believe is a conflict of interest. I have asked him to withdraw through my attorney from the case with a motion to disqualify, and he still has not withdrawn.
I hired Mr.Massagee as my divorce att. He offered me no advice on how to handle some items.He charged me almost full lawyers fees for work his paralegal did. His office didnt return calls. He was late to court once and didnt even call me. I had to find out from my wife's lawyer as he informed the judge. He also misinformed me about a hearing and also about a binding legal paper he had me sign.
