Rented a knee walker that had a loose handlebar. I was never taught how to tighten it, and my mother fell using it. I went to return it after one day and was told that the charge would stay for a full week of use even though the scooter was in rough shape and he said they would probably be retiring it.No offer for a discount to purchase other products. Rip off

I think they need to go Under New Management and get different people in there that have patient patience with people and tell them the truth about their products that are poor quality made in China garbage and that maybe if by chance somebody bring something in and has to have it fixed or replaced that they should tell you ahead of time that is going to be no more warranty on the product after the fact because you've already had it replaced once so there people in there suck at purse at customer service and I think they nee... read more

I bought a $70 knee brace that I was unsure of buying because I was in between 2 sizes. I said I would try it out and if it didn't work I would bring it back. They kindly took my $70 and forgot to tell me about their no return policy on orthotics until I tried to return it the next day (because after wearing it around my house it rubbed the back of my leg).
