Had a great first visit. They’re whole staff were all very nice and welcoming! I felt like I had been there before. They make sure you leave informed/educated on your teeth and looking and feeling better than you did when you came in! Went for a regular dental appointment and was treated kindly by everyone there, especially Leslie! She made it a super easy process and was very friendly! Appointment was quick, painless, and professional! Will definitely be back soon!
From the moment I entered the facility, I was welcomed with all the pleasant courtesies. The first Nurse that cleaned my teeth, explained to me what she was going to do before commencing the procedure. She proceeded cautiously and explained to me what she was doing while asking how I was feeling during the procedure. I don't even want to waste the energy to post this review. That is how bad this is. But I have had 5 different situations with the staff at this dental clinic. I don't really want to get on all of them and with who but I can tell you that we had 3 instances... 2 with me and 1 with my mother. We needed Crowns - which I know now, is not covered by our insurance- but they don't tell you until you come back to their place, ready to get it done and when you are sitting, they tell you that we need to pay for that.
