We stayed at Prince Waikiki for birthday staycation, but our experience ended in deep disappointment. While filling the bathtub, we realized the drain stopper was stuck and the water was not draining properly. Because of this drainage issue, the water eventually overflowed onto the carpet. We immediately reported the problem and were moved to another room that night. At that time, the staff apologized and even offered compensation such as free parking, late checkout, and a room upgrade since the club floor was not available.... read more

My stay at the Prince Waikiki exceeded expectations in every way. I had an ocean view room that was beautifully appointed and incredibly peaceful. One of my favorite features was the floor-to-ceiling windows that open fully to the ocean. Waking up to that view and hearing the water each morning was unforgettable.
