I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ruth Ann. I reached out about a property and did not receive timely communication, which felt very unprofessional. The day I called, we were deposit-ready without even seeing the house, which shows how serious and prepared we were. Despite that, I was not kept informed. I would like to give a shout out to my realtor, Ruth Ann Manison with Prince Properties. In this market, it’s very difficult to sell a house. Last year I had my house on the market for six months and not one offer. I had many realtors tell me what I wanted to hear just to get the listing. Good luck getting an agent to follow through on contacting you to view a property. I left the agent a message and submitted a form through the website,waited a week and then left a message with the office. This resulted in a text message groupchat with the listing agent and what I assume must be an office manager . The agent set a phone call with me and then proceeded to never call. Super disappointed as we loved the pictures we saw of the property which is now off market. How I know if I see their sign to keep driving .
