My insurer sent Prince of Plumbing to my home for a water leak claim. Addressed the problem promptly and fixed a leaky adjacent faucet valve unrelated to the claim without charge.
I wasted 4+ months waiting for these guys to start my job. I signed a $5000 contract for replacing radiator valves in Nov. I was told they would start after they got the parts sometime in Dec. I followed up every week or so about when my job would be scheduled. At first they said they ordered the wrong parts, then they said they had to come and look at the radiators again, then they said they were just busy. In Feb they stopped replying. Scott and his team are prompt and reliable. My water heater went and they replaced it quickly at a fair price. Even replaced the exhaust because the size was not to code anymore. Top notch.
Bukowski is my go to plumber! Extremely responsive and always follows through as promised! I have used him for emergency repairs on my rentals as well as my primary! An expert in the field and obviously takes pride in his work!
