We have lived there for around 10 years. There's a few problems as any other place in a good price rental in our location. The best thing going for this apartment is the manger (John) and his wife (Francis). They are kind people that works hard for honest people that behave themselves. It's an older apartment. Just keep that in mind.
The lack of professionalism from the manager is absurd, not to mention the untimely completion of work orders by maintenance. My sister has lived in the absolute dump that is prince plaza for the past year and it has been nothing short of hell. Roaches, dog shit everywhere and not to mention the rude and prejudice manager who would rather gossip than prioritize resident satisfaction. If I could leave no stars I would.

we're being threatened to be evicted as our lease ends this month because of a minor infraction due to the landlord's incompetence and unwillingness to let tenants know what is going to happen during inspections. He originally told us it would only be 15 minutes for the secondary inspection from the pest control. Come to find out it's going to be an hour and a half already late in the evening.
