we're being threatened to be evicted as our lease ends this month because of a minor infraction due to the landlord's incompetence and unwillingness to let tenants know what is going to happen during inspections. He originally told us it would only be 15 minutes for the secondary inspection from the pest control. Come to find out it's going to be an hour and a half already late in the evening. The apts are small and roaches run frim one apartment to the other depending on which building or and apt being sprayed at the time... They raise rent every year too. Displacing people on SS.. On the bright side it's close to Dairy Queen!!
