I live in 1401 Prince of Wales. Living here has been a nightmare. My apartment has constant, serious problems: water leaks from the ceiling above the window whenever it rains, and every two weeks sewage backs up into my sink. If I’m not home when it happens, it can overflow with filthy, contaminated water — a serious health hazard. Each time, I have to sanitize everything and breathe in toxic sewer gases. Every day I'm seeing mouse in the storage rooms, parking or in front of the elevator! This is not a clean building at all. I'm dissapointed. Laundry room also has issues. The company they are working with just raises the costs but the machines have very low quality. They cannot properly clean your cloths and sometime you go to the Laundry room and see many of the dryers and washing machines are out of service and need repair.
