Every day I'm seeing mouse in the storage rooms, parking or in front of the elevator! This is not a clean building at all. I'm dissapointed. Laundry room also has issues. The company they are working with just raises the costs but the machines have very low quality. They cannot properly clean your cloths and sometime you go to the Laundry room and see many of the dryers and washing machines are out of service and need repair. One of the best places to live in rentals in Ottawa! Surrounded by nature - lakes, canal and trails.
If you are okay with RATS then it is a good place to survive
30 dollars a day visitors parking upped from 15 dollars, doubled............. and if they say it was idego that increased it thats not true. It was done at request of the propert manager according to indego. And also not good security like the person below me says. My 1000 dollar bike was stolen out of basement lockup and "they're not responsible". Oh and there's the almost monthly postings of people in the building that don't live here.
