Great place to live if you enjoy your apartment smelling like other people’s cigarette habits!
Spoke with someone from rental office today would not allow me to even apply to rent a unit she discriminated me for being disabled and asked me what my disability was as well which is illegal she told me I needed to make 60 k a year to live there she was disgustingly rude arrogant and ignorant. Wow how does this woman even have a job. Will never recommend anyone living here dealing with her was devastating fore no people skills what so ever
It's not the exactly the Ritz-Carlton, but you get what you pay for, and all things considered, units in these buildings are reasonably priced when compared to many other units of similar status in Ottawa. Sure, these buildings are 50 years old +, and showing their age, but they do appear to have been reasonably well maintained over the years.
