Good customer service! I randomly stopped in while I was shopping to see some chains as I’m in the market for some more. I was transparent with the lady that I wasn’t intending to buy anything today as I don’t make large impulsive purchases and simply wanted to get some quotes. I appreciate that she didn’t make me feel rushed and took the time to get prices and look through some items with me.
