I have a central heat/air unit that was not running , would not turn on at all .I called Prince and got immediate service . I was so afraid I would have to buy a new unit but after inspection there was only a wire that was worn!! Thank you Prince Heat & Air for your quick response !! I will definitely use this company for any furture needs .
I called and had an appointment set to have Prince come fix our unit. I was scheduled on a Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon came and went, no call no show. I got a text Wednesday asking to reschedule to Friday. Come Friday, again no call no show. I called to see what happened, I didn’t even get a call back, just a text saying they’re too busy for my job and they wouldn’t be able to do it. I lost a week waiting on them, and wouldn’t recommend them for any repairs.
Had a switch board go out and Prince was super responsive and friendly! I could not have wanted a better or smooth experience!
