Came to apply for a permit. The staff was extremely helpful and very well informed. Several interns were employeed to help. Ray was one. He provided excellent customer care. Addressing questions, walking me through the application process and helping to ensure snags were worked out. He was professional, patient and friendly. Tyler at the front desk was pleasant, friendly and patient in addressing questions. I appreciate coming in to a friendly face and having competent assistance. Experience was💯! Ray is knowledgeable, professional & personable. Ray took us [3 seniors] thru the process with patience and ease. We were going 2 pay big $ 4 fence because many estimators told us the permit application process was difficult and timely. With Ray, not so! HIRE THIS YOUNG MAN!!! Tyler was very helpful upon our arrival.

The staff member I spoke with (I wasn’t sure of their name or even their role, to be honest all I know was that she or he was light skin Al with waves ) seemed disinterested from the start. They didn’t answer my questions clearly and kept making faces that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of guiding me or offering any useful information, I was left more confused than when I arrived.
