Alexis, a young lady at the front counter assisting with permit applications and uploading documents and such is a wonderful, wonderful young lady and very knowledgeable about the proces. She is patient with the public and always willing to help. If this office had three more of her, this process wouldn't be so daunting and frustrating.

The young ladyvat the counter was responsive and knowledgeable. However, this permitting process has a lot of faulty steps. I have been working on my permit for 13 months and it doesn't take all this. The only reason it has taken this long is because the individuals at DPIE who have to review your application abd documents have been dragging their feet and not taking care of their task for months at a time. hi guys if your are getting in compliance with the new U and O permit for stylist/barbers please go see MS. Alexis B @ 9400 peppercorn pl. #100. she’s super super nice, patient , and very very knowledgeable! and everyone in the office was very pleasant and helpful!
