Delicia has made my experience amazing during my time here at the Prince Georges Apartments! The facility is clean, she's always on standby when I need assistance, and my apartment is located in a nice area
The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The building is quiet, safe, and located in a super convenient area—close to everything I need. But what truly makes this place stand out is the property manager. Delicia was amazing,From the moment I toured the apartment, she gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s incredibly professional, always responsive, and genuinely care about the residents.
Delicia and her team are awesome. Great experience from visit through leasing to move-in! Great location in a safe neighborhood. Well maintained grounds. Very clean apartment when we moved in. Great community!
This review is long overdue! Dakari especially has been incredible in the application and leasing process, and shows he actually cares about each renter/potential renter. Absolute genuine guy. Delicia has also been very helpful and welcoming, so for that my wife and I thank you both! Edit: After living there for a year, I would caution future renters about the major pest problem and mold problem in the bathrooms. Besides that, I still stand by the aforementioned comments.
I lived at Prince George’s Apartments for several years, and my experience was extremely disappointing—especially over the last 18 months. I reported serious habitability issues, including water leaks, structural wall cracks, roaches, and mice, starting as early as 2022. Despite repeated maintenance requests and even a county inspector issuing formal violations, many of these problems were left unresolved.
