Rude !!! Not mad that I got denied. I came to drop off money order and heather was straight rude . Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I applied.

I called several times and every time Heather was RUDE , need retraining In customer Service as well as phone call eloquents.
I called a few days ago to inquire about a property and requirements and the lady that answered was rude in tone. So I came back on the website to apply for a property and noticed the reviews mentioning a young lady with unpleasant customer service interactions. I will say this, reviews will make or break your company and deter others from applying.
