Got a call today saying hey if Want to get a property from us you would need to pay another $40 this far I have180 and just because my Social Security card did not download it. I have rented with Prince George Realty/Chappell for the past 12–13 years. Like with most rental companies, there were both ups and downs, but whenever I had maintenance issues that needed immediate attention, they made sure they were handled promptly. If i could give 0 i would. DONT ASK FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND SOSICAL SECUROTY CARDS IF YOU ARENT GOING TO APPROVE. AND GIVE PEOPLE THEIR DAMN MONEY BACK IF THEY ARE DENIED YALL JUST OUT HERE COLLECTING MONEY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.
