I filled out an application and reached out to Heather about my application. She said that I needed to download my Social Security card. I did that never heard anything from her. Got a call today saying hey if Want to get a property from us you would need to pay another $40 this far I have180 and just because my Social Security card did not download it. I have rented with Prince George Realty/Chappell for the past 12–13 years. Like with most rental companies, there were both ups and downs, but whenever I had maintenance issues that needed immediate attention, they made sure they were handled promptly. If i could give 0 i would. DONT ASK FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND SOSICAL SECUROTY CARDS IF YOU ARENT GOING TO APPROVE. AND GIVE PEOPLE THEIR DAMN MONEY BACK IF THEY ARE DENIED YALL JUST OUT HERE COLLECTING MONEY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Rude !!! Not mad that I got denied. I came to drop off money order and heather was straight rude . Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I applied.
I called several times and every time Heather was RUDE , need retraining In customer Service as well as phone call eloquents.
