If I could give zero stars I would! First for it to be a real estate company they are so rude! No smile, no happiness to help, no kind of friendliness nothing! Secondly, they knew their rode was closed to get them so it was detour that took longer but they don’t give you an extension on brining the key back. Thank the lord I made it. Working in corporate I’ve realized how important reviews are. This review doesn’t deserve one star. Went to view one of the properties. And upon walking in to the establishment I can hear the lady working in the office being rude to another customer in front of me. This immediately was a red flag. Once it was my turn to get assisted. I wish I had read the reviews prior to spending $120 on application fees due to 3 adults applying. And I see that more than one person feels that their application was denied over something more than rental history or credit. Am I the only person who lived through a pandemic and couldn't pay my bills consistently? Did you reach out to my prior landlords to confirm whether or not I owe them money? They just want the application fee . I gave them everything they asked for. I’m self employed and did not have check stubs with over 50,000 in my account I was still denied & discriminated after showing my business income & bank accounts. I would never recommend this place. EVER They basically just took my application. The lady didn’t even give me a chance. I know why SMH because I was black racism is still here.
