Worst experience. They had me in tears after I searched documents from over 12yrs and then still would not accept legal documentation. This record didn't even show in anyone else history check due to being over 10yrs old, I feel they picked some old record they found online because it's not on my history especially being over 12yrs old.Then said income all to get approved by another company who didn't have any issues with my income(house is even more than the house I applied with Chappell) because it was in my price range ba... read more
