I give 1 bec the system can’t allow negatives. It’s a total absolute dump. I agree w/all of you%. Totally. It was horrid 48yrs ago when it was built and I knew it’d get much worse. During, the whole bldg sways. It’s visible on toilets water moving. I wouldn’t surprised if it falls. It’s a grave waiting to happen. It was shady construction bk thn & HOA was atrocious bk thn too. One is better off, @any of d older seaside long term rental resorts.

I've never seen so many cockroaches in any building! They're everywhere on the floors,on the walls, on the ceiling ! They even climb into apartments on the 21th floor! And they can never solve my problem the elevators break down all the time. the tennis courts have been closed for renovation for several years Gym so tiny and half of the equipment is broken
