The elevator never works, you have to wait 15 minutes every time and be late. The management is just terrible, they lie that the elevator has been broken for a year because someone allegedly stuck a handle in the door, although in fact they just stole all the tenants' money and therefore cannot fix the elevator. Broken lights dangling over broken basketball courts that are not properly blocked off, elevator bar broken that is dangling, pool broken constantly. Supposed to be pet free building but there are dogs all over. Building office picks and chooses when they want to work and no one available to talk. Will only respond to emails which they don't respond in timely manner.
Horrible management. Front desk helper Stephanie is a rude and mean person who would argue with anyone over everything. No help whatsoever from the management when needed. Please stay away from this place.
