Office staff, maintenance staff all great. I've never had an issue that wasn't addressed. My neighbors are respectful and it's quiet. My apartment is great. The only suggestion, get a different color paint for the interior, that would make the place look a little more upscale. I'm always in awe of the fact that, not only do the remove the snow from the streets and parking spaces, but they also remove the snow from each walkway, and I live in the townhomes. Thank you guys so much for taking good care of us.
I have been a tenant here for almost 6 years and I really enjoy it. The current property manager is by far my favorite, everyone in the Leasing office is polite and helpful. The area is quiet for the most part, I can always appreciate that.
I’ve been living here for about 2 years, When we first moved in it was very nice and very clean, then the toilet started to flood and the floor started to crack and it’s still cracked . The neighbors are really nice and it’s really a quiet place. The only problem I have is someone broke in to my car twice and stole things. So i would suggest it be cameras atleast somewhere so that can stop happening .
The apartments are nice and spacious, very clean upon move-in as well. Easy to contact maintenance wise for emergencies. Still have a few things to be check off from my move in list, but all important items have been addressed. Very clean grounds, easy and quick move in process, with attentive staff
