Worst Dodge, etc. dealership I have ever dealt with PERIOD! WIll not provide unlock codes for key fob programming. Parts Rep told me I had to purchase a Dodge fob and programming for them to unlock the FOB, no other options. He lied, I own the car, have a bill of sale, I own the data he cannot refuse to provide information I own! I have wasted two whole days trying to resolve this but meet nothing but more and more resistance. Jennifer was very courteous and professional. She called me with my options, gave me the estimates, and let me make the final decision as what to do next. I felt confident that she had my best interest at hand irregardless of the repairs. After moving forward she called me to let me know the car was repaired and when I could pick it up.
