Worst Dodge, etc. dealership I have ever dealt with PERIOD! WIll not provide unlock codes for key fob programming. Parts Rep told me I had to purchase a Dodge fob and programming for them to unlock the FOB, no other options. He lied, I own the car, have a bill of sale, I own the data he cannot refuse to provide information I own! Jennifer was very courteous and professional. She called me with my options, gave me the estimates, and let me make the final decision as what to do next. I felt confident that she had my best interest at hand irregardless of the repairs. After moving forward she called me to let me know the car was repaired and when I could pick it up.
