PF Dodge Ram performed vehicle servicing for my 3500 diesel. They were timely and kept me informed of a couple issues.
Terrible quality and worse customer service. I purchased a 2006 RAM Laramie 1500 on December 10th, 2025. Vehicle broke down 1/13/2026 and had to be towed to the local dealership here in Rockville. I called Prince Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and asked for a rental car coverage or a loaner and was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner denying my request. I always come to Prince Frederick Jeep to get my Jeep Gladiator serviced. The manager s and associates are always professional and accommodate me and always answer my questions with explanation. I really appreciated them keeping to the time frame they anticipated my alignment to be completed. I will come here again for servicing my vehicle in the future.
