They never pick up the phone
I was a patient of doctors Blanchard and Nancekeville for over 20 years before their retirement. I have since been under the care of Dr. Dineen in the same office. Now, any appointment MUST be scheduled two weeks beforehand, appointments for refills can be even longer to schedule. Also, patients may no longer discuss more than one health issue per appointment, and the office will no longer communicate with any pharmacies regarding prescription refills.
