I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Prince Chevrolet. I scheduled an oil change appointment with service department only to receive a call ten minutes later from Prince Chevrolet in Tifton, GA, informing me that they could not services my vehicle because I did not purchase it from them. I then contacted the Prince Chevrolet Service in Albany Georgia, and was told the General Manager would call me back. That call never happened. A great experience working with the dealership and Miss Willie Scott. She is a gem of a person and easy to deal with. Nothing like a home town dealer that makes life easier! I highly recommend this dealership!
My experience at Prince Chevy in Tifton was extremely disappointing. The communication throughout the process was terrible, and the finance manager in particular was unprofessional, disorganized, and lacked transparency. I was given inconsistent information, faced unnecessary delays, and felt like my time and business were not respected. I expected a much higher level of service from a dealership of this size. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere.
