Trying to purchase a new vehicle with a promissory note. But keep getting the run down.
I have taken my vehicle to this dealership several times for service. Their service department is slow and can't manage workflow. Every time I brought the car in for an appt it was several days to have the car looked at and the problem was still present when I would pick the car up. Loaner cars are never available and the tech is always off on weekends. My warranty won't cover the days they are not working on the car and it becomes costly to bring the car in each time. While researching a price on a new vehicle a sales person from this dealership was texting me. After I did not agree with their price, he proceeded to harass and criticize me. I asked him to stop texting but he continued. Again I asked him to stop and again he continued harassing me and insulting me and my profession. I told him I was going to contact his supervisors and he was not concerned. In fact he gave me their email address. I sent an email explaining his actions and never got a response.
