Prince Automotive I am writing this review regarding the poor service, unprofessional conduct, and mistreatment I experienced at Prince Automotive during my first visit. I contacted the shop five days prior and was told by Lucy to bring my car in on Tuesday. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, and it remained there until 4:45 PM. The people here are very professionals and they are not only part changers but very qualified and experienced
Stopped in to have my check engine light checked out. Ended up being a battery, but Lucy and her husband are great! I felt comfortable and didn’t feel like i was being haggled. Such a lovely family run service center. Highly recommended
