I brought my car here after a fender bender. I was delighted with the repair, more so because they helped me locate and repair a leak that was damaging the interior of my car. I had taken it to other shops, including Honda, but they were not able to find where the water intrusion was coming from, plus they charged me for a diagnostic. That was not the case at Prince Auto Repair, thus this is my go-to body shop from now on. I highly recommend this spouse-owned shop for all of your vehicle repairs.
I have to say I have been using John for over 10 years now and he has worked on many of my different vehicles through out and I have never been more satisfied every single time. There is really nothing he can't do! I recently needs a whole new steering system and got it done for me within a fare time and price. I highly recommend Prince auto repair. Thank you!
Prince Automotive I am writing this review regarding the poor service, unprofessional conduct, and mistreatment I experienced at Prince Automotive during my first visit. I contacted the shop five days prior and was told by Lucy to bring my car in on Tuesday. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, and it remained there until 4:45 PM.
