Best clinic in town. Dr Leroux, Dr Lotts, Dr Kapp, are kind considerate and knowledgeable. All the doctors in this clinic have provided excellent care in a timely fashion.
It is becoming more of a fact than it is an opinion, everyone knows how terrible this place is. People are tired of having their health concerns ignored. Patients are ran through like a fast food customer at this clinic. The doctors seem more than happy with quicker visits and higher patient volumes that can be rushed through with numerous patients being ignored. this is my worst experience to come on this clinic and the receptionist is so rude and act different with you in such kind of attitude. They will make you to wait for so long and then they didn't provide you the correct information.
Dr. Cantin is great. The receptionist (his and front) are more of a problem than a help.
Spoke to a very kind secretary who helped my grandmother figure out her current situation. A very thoughtful and welcoming atmosphere, willing to help with personal challenges and struggles. Thank you PA medical clinic.
