DO NOT GO HERE! My husband and I picked a slab in July. And when it arrived at our granite place is what not what we picked. We were then told that they only hold a slab for 2 weeks. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THIS AT PRIMUS! Not one person working there said they hold it for 2 weeks and that's it. And then when you call no one answers
wouldnt ever go here again chose a slab of granite and it was different
Worst experience. The stone we wanted was not in stock, when it arrived we went in and picked out our slab. We took down the serial and slab number, also took picture. Long story short, without letting us know just showed up to install. I was not at home. I knew immediately it was wrong slab. Made some calls, were advised to go back to Primus. Our contractor talked with Victoria Granite. Upon arrival, they had been told we were coming in. They had 4 men follow us into the warehouse, telling us we were wrong. Hard to understa... read more
