I initially reached out in January 2022. The director, Ashley, responded via email and then disappeared. It took a follow up email, a missed phone call, and a comment on Facebook to finally get her to call me back a month later at the end of February 2022. They offer great curriculum. The teachers care deeply for the children and it shows when you walk the halls. The school is always so warm when you enter, smells amazing and is super clean. There is always a member of management there if you have any questions. The students get to do hands on learning while enjoying themselves. Excellent school, highly recommend.

As a parent and a teacher of Primrose, I cannot express enough how much I love and adore this school! So far my son has been in the younger infants and older infants classrooms, and my husband, son, and I have enjoyed both classes so much! The teachers in both of those classrooms are amazing and give phenomenal care to my baby and all the other children in the class! I LOVE Primrose School of Simpsonville at Five Forks! Both of my kids attend, and they have learned so much and thoroughly enjoy going to this school! The staff is like family. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else!

As a former employee, I can tell you that the management knows or cares very little about child development. The owners are only out to make money. They do what is best for their bottom line with little regard for what is best for the children. All they care about is that it looks good on the surface to please parents. Their philosophy and practice is not in line with best practices or any of the research in child development.

This place was highly recommended to me by many people. I called and they told me when to come in for a tour. When we arrived, they were clearly caught off guard by and were not expecting us. The director, Tiffany, seemed bothered by our presence and wasn’t friendly. She received a phone call and quickly went back to her office. Our son is in the infant class. The teachers are amazing. They are attentive and caring. The owner and director pitch in when help is needed. This place gave me a warm feeling and continues to do so. It is a difficult decision to leave your child but seeing how happy our son is makes it a bit easier. You truly become a part of their family.

We are so thankful and appreciative that another Primrose is opening in Estero! We have been making the commute to Primrose in Naples for the past 4 years. We have had such an amazing experience that the thought of moving our children to another school because our family moved toward fort myers was just not an option. We can’t wait for our youngest to continue her learning journey at the Estero school. We love all of the teachers and the owners!
