RecommendedVanessa, Katie, Rene, and the rest of the infant care teachers have the best care. I’m so thankful for them! It makes it easier for me to go to work knowing that he is being loved and cared for by them.
My nephew 1st day was very traumatic. His was arm fractured and absolutely no one can explain what happened. As a teacher there's no way I could live with myself knowing something has happened to a child in MY care. There was No accident report or No phone call to his parents which was very unprofessional for a facility with such great reviews 🤔. Where's the cameras? I do not recommend them because they let a toddler be injured on their watch on his first day and there was not one call to his parents to make them aware of his injury, no accident report as well as no one can tell them what happened to this innocent child. Ask yourself would this be acceptable if this happened to your child?
children getting hurt with no report, phone call to the parents or knowledge about what happened is unacceptable.. tapes need to be pulled and answers need to be giving because a "I don't know" does not suffice or make things better..
We have been going here for a year and a half and have been extremely pleased! My daughter receives nothing but love and attention not only from her teacher but the front desk as well. The curriculum is more than I would ever expect especially in the infant and toddler rooms. My daughter is already above where she should be academically, physically, socially and emotionally. As a former employee of Primrose school of Springs Ranch, and a Nana to a toddler and an infant in their program, I would highly recommend this school to anyone. The management team works hard to insure that the teachers are equipped with the tools they need to give the children the best early skills they need to be successful.
