I called here to ask if any of the residents would be interested in having me as a pen pal. The woman I spoke to was very short with me and acted very weirded out, replying, "Well, this isn't a nursing home.".....Nursing home, assisted living, retirement community - she knew exactly what I was getting at. People are notoriously unhappy at these kind of places, and it 90% of the time is due to management, who I'm pretty sure is who I spoke to when I called. Upper management and corporate care nothing for these residents. It's all about numbers and money for them. I know all the residents here and many are unhappy. Staff is great, but over worked and very underappreciated. Please look elsewhere for your loved ones.

I love my residents and the bosses are wonderful and accommodate you when you need something. Other staff members are fun to work with and we have many laughs through out yhe day.
