Great clean retirement home
My husband and I moved to Primrose in Gillette the end of July, 2022. Initially it was a big adjustment moving from a home to an apartment. Fast forward to the present and it’s all positive ! We feel safe, happy and enjoy every day here. . The staff is truly amazing. The residents are wonderful. We are loving our life here. Charlynn was absolutely wonderful to work with. She navigated her way through my questions and was patient; her passion for her position shines through with her hard work. Primrose staff as a whole has been wonderful and welcoming. This facility does not compare to any "care places" in or around town. I am so happy they have remained opened during COVID times and allowed for us to tour/visit our loved ones. Thank you Primrose!!!
The nursing staff has taken great care of Mom during a highly stressful time in all our lives. Mom has settled in with the guidance and expertise of the staff and always has great things to say about the employees she sees on a daily basis. The assisted living employees care for their residents on a person centered basis. Mom is not treated as a patient, but rather as the person she is, and that means alot.
I'm fairly new to the Gillette, WY Primrose Retirement Community family. I say family because in this pandemic time of Covid the staff and residents have excelled in coming together to create an atmosphere of fun, loving friendships and so much more. Charlynn came in on her day off to guide me toward a perfect apartment that fit my personality.
