I cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose Retirement Community. My mom is in independent living here, and the level of care and compassion she has received has been truly exceptional. All of the staff, especially Tiffany (the director) and Hannah (nurse), have gone above and beyond in supporting my mom through some challenging times, even when they didn’t have to. My aunt has a really bright annd spacious apartment at Primrose. The grounds and inside are very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. She made a great choice!
Can't believe this is an all 5 review. Worked there and it was terrible. The night nurse was not very nice at all. Nursing staff cleaned at night more than they did nursing.
