I lived at Primrose Lane Apartments for about two years, around 1995 to 1997. The exact dates are a little fuzzy now, but the memories certainly aren’t. the staff and management office were doing great few moths ago. However, I’ve noticed that the cleaning of building especially the laundry and lobby is no longer being maintained to the same standard. I am not sure if there had been a change in the cleaning staff but it seems the building is not being monitored as closely as it was before

I lived here for a few years with two roommates. They raised our monthly rent by $100 every lease renewal. They made no significant improvements to the building to justify this. There aren't enough laundry machines. Parking is too expensive, the parking lot is in terrible shape and the car heater plugs randomly stop working. They frequently do intrusive inspections of your apartment and will threaten you if the place isn't tidy enough for their tastes.
