I love sassy! everything she’s ever done for me has been so beautiful. The salon is so calming and pretty. overall an amazing experience would 1000000 percent recommend.
I got my locs started here and asked for diamond parts and received zig zag parts. Not to mention I took them out because they were all different sizes. Before I took them out I reach out to Alexis and no response from her.
I tried this salon for the first time today to get a root touch up and highlights. The previous establishment that I trusted to my hair care (a chain) had me scheduled for this, but when I arrived they were unable to honor my appointment. I was a walk-in to Primrose after that because I really needed my hair done. The staff at Primrose was magnificent! Sassy did my color and I couldn’t be more pleased. Got my hair cut with Sassy Hale today and it was a wonderful experience. My hair was colored over 5 weeks ago and its still this vibrant, highly recommend going to her!!
