It is a babysitting service. The staff for the most part are lazy. Clients sit in small rooms all day doing very little. They even eat in the small rooms. The ceo was in the homeless pet business and knows nothing about the mentally handicapped. Their account is horrible and they misused funds. When they were reported and found guilty of horrible accounting , they sent an email stating that my son was terminated from Primrose. The staff are careless one of the staff working with a 1 to 5 ratio didn't care to clean the wet floor that was urine and letting the clients seating in a chair that someone had urinated. This happen many times. I had call DCF to report the situation.
They got roaches in one of the houses. Staff calling individuals crackers and having race wars. Staff yelling at the individuals from sun up to sun down. Staff allow certain clients to hit other clients and say they deserved it. Very unprofessional work setting to say the least.
