Dr. Ashley's practice is a highly recommended clinic for professional acupuncture for pain relief, especially chronic pain. I've found her practice focuses on empathy, thoroughness, and excellent communication in a safe and comfortable environment.
This is easily one of my favorite ways to care for myself and my favorite gift to give anyone I love. As a therapist I also confidently refer my clients to Ashley for support with managing emotional wellbeing, anxious and depressive symptoms, perinatal and postnatal wellbeing, and support with nervous system regulation. She’s the best!
