Groupon buyers beware! I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout from this salon. When I arrived to redeem the purchase, I was told that I would be charged $100 extra (more than the original cost of the Groupon) for a "long hair fee." When I expressed shock at this exorbitant hidden fee, I was informed that it was due to the high cost of the product and reminded what a good "deal" I was getting. I had the worst salon experience ever at primp on my wedding day! I purchased the bridal package with a trial hair and makeup and then the actual wedding day hair and makeup. They lost my appointment when I came in for my trial, but alecks still did a fantastic job. However, when I came in for the wedding day it was utter chaos and the worst service ever.
