My daughter and I came in fifteen minutes before our appointment time and everyone looked up and no one said anything. After ten minutes of women talking inappropriately in front of my child I got up and asked if we were supposed to just wait. At give minutes after our appointment a lady walked in and asked who was there for her and I said that I booked online and it said Crystal. She said Crystal has not worked there in 5 years. I called Susie for a removal after a terrible experience with a lash extension installation at a different salon. She made time for me that evening after working out of town. She was so gentle and reassuring after I had had such a bad experience elsewhere. My lashes were in terrible shape but she was patient and did a great job removing the extensions. I will absolutely go back to her.
