In reality, Primordial is both a Russian Restaurant and Georgian Restaurant. Primordial cuisine has a Georgian flavor. This is due in part to our former owner, Bubs Khotoveli, who is from the city of Kurtis. Georgia is one of the 15 republics of the former USSR, and is located near the Black Sea.
