Terrible experience!! 08-16-2025 I booked an appointment for 5 pm for a hairwash and blowdry. They called me couple of days ago and asked if I can come in at 4:30 pm. I said yes and showed up at 4:25 pm. An employee greeted me and walked me to the hairwash station. That part went well. Then I was asked to sit in a chair. She applied a keratin serum and asked me to wait 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes and asked her how long. First time I’ve ever wanted to kms over how bad my haircut was but there’s a first for everything. Wasted time and LENGTH over someone not listening and having to suffer for it. Horrible experience forget the money I want my hair back. I’m beyond disgusted I left CRYING. Don’t bother reaching out they ignore communication as reflected by their “staff” and management.
When to get black color and I left with stains all over my face and ears. I understand that it happens with black but I feel that she didn't care to be careful, she also didn't even try to clean them. Plus I had to pay $20 dolar more because she blow dry my hair. I though that was part of the service .
