I've lived in my new house for over a year now, and their after-sales service is terrible. This year, my basement is leaking, the drainage system is leaking, and the exterior wall panels are loose and falling off. I've been waiting and no one has come to repair it, and even when they do, they can't fix it properly. I've been trying to contact them, but they haven't responded. I'm so disappointed with this construction company.

We've been dealing with a water leakage issue in our home since we moved in, and despite multiple emails, voicemails, and in-person visits from technicians, Primont has failed to properly address the issue. There is just a lack of communication and follow-through from their end, where the technicians promise updates and action plans but there is radio silence. Just closed my house today. Funny thing is nothing has been cleaned in the house(first foot prints at entrance and tons of first marks everywhere. They charge premium for everything.
