Always a good to go. Primos is on point
Ordered #4 hoagies for dinner with a sick friend, 10 min. later, he called and cancelled. I called Primos, asked to cancel an order that was not getting picked up for 1.5 hrs, ie. NOT made yet, and they said, "non refundable". Apparently in their "fine print", that you have to search for, which I did not do prior to ordering, and for that matter had full intention of getting the food, so I would have ordered anyway, says 24 hr.notice before picking up. This middle age/older guy named Sean was being very loud and irritating when I came in and acting very strange
I ordered online ahead of being in the area, about an hour away. After picking up my order, we didn't realize until we got to our destination that none of the sandwiches were cut as requested. This made sharing one of sandwiches as intended very difficult.
