I placed an order for a sandwich on 8/20/25 at the Summerville, SC location. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes because they said they had fresh bread coming out of the oven. After receiving the sandwich, I took it home to eat but couldn't because the bread was stale. It was very hard, crumbly, and inedible. I returned the sandwich for a refund, and the employee tried to convince me that the bread was fresh and would remake the sandwich with the same batch of bread. Hands down this place has the tastiest subs around. *****EDIT***** This place has been a little underwhelming in recent months. There doesn't seem to be any fresh bread available for the hoagies anymore. During different visits, the bread has consistently been extremely hard. Quality no longer appears to be the focus.
Best sandwiches in town. Great product for a great price. Beats the hell out of Jersey Mike's 5.4oz of meat sandwiches. The employee Carl is great, fast and super nice?
Philly steak sub was delicious, portions were pretty good. My only complaint is the audacity to ask for a tip on the point of sale machine when there isn't table service nor do they offer fountain drinks.
I work for hotels and have guests who wanted to order subs. I told them that they have to try this place cause usually it's so good. We had to Uber eats due to use having cocktails. We didn't receive any napkins, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar nor the banana peppers are we asked for . It was a pretty dry sandwich. I did call and was told that there was nothing that they could do. We ordered 5 subs and its a shame they were so dry and couldn't even try to make it right. Will not order from this place for delivery anymore.
