I went into primo hoagies tonight and ordered a 9” roast and Swiss with mayo and lettuce . I get my sandwich and 1 there is no mayonnaise and 2 the bread is hard as hell as if it’s last weeks bread. I tapped on the bread and it sounded like I was tapping on the table. I paid $28 and change for a rock the girl tried to get me to take a side to fix the issue but why would I take a side when I didn’t order a side. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 2 Nonas Veggies, they showed up cold and undercooked. Ever had drastically undercooked eggplant? It's repulsive. Last time ordering from this particular Primos.
