When I first went to this place the food and service were good, but when I called again this morning to place my order, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and the time passed and I didn't get the call and was hung up on. Even though there is a primo shop near my home, I chose to drive 12 minutes to come here, but this time I was disappointed
I called the place an order on Monday, a preferred member. The hoagies were on special. I called. A girl answered put me on hold hung up on me. Five times. I’ve had problems before rude people with this location, but I liked her food so I go back well not this time. I am never stepping foot in that restaurant again. They’re disgrace to Primos if you’re gonna run a special least honor them, not hang up and act like you don’t one of my business.
